Made of breathable black poplin fabric, the dress fastens up the center back and has an elastic-backed waistband for added comfort. The old-fashioned leg o’ mutton sleeves puff above the elbow and complement the decorative, lace-up bodice. A foam-backed pouch secures to the left of the waistline and is great for storing monkey treats. The matching witch hat has a tall, cone-shaped crown and a wide brim edged in memory wire.
