Parent or not, this licensed Kevin costume gets fans stylishly dressed as the character. A figure-hugging dress shaped from stretchy velour with a sublimated print starts the ensemble. The dress has layered cuddle plush on the sleeves and back to create feathered sleeves and a tail. A soft-sculpted hood with fiber-filling, appliqued and embroidered details creates the long neck and familiar look Kevin wears. Black nylon stockings come included to complete the outfit.
