It’s decorated with a row of orange buttons, orange cuffs, and a ruffled orange organza collar. A wide black belt cinches around your waist with a silver-tone buckle. The star-printed overskirt is slit down the middle so that the pumpkin-colored tulle petticoat can show. Top it all off with the pointed velour witch hat!
