It’s a little-known fact that on every All Hallows Eve, all of the local witches hold an extra-special coven with plenty of drinks, appetizers, and dancing. (It’s little-known because if any human stumbles upon their revels, he or she is instantly turned into a toad. Privacy is important.) At midnight, they all vote for one witch to be Queen of the Night based on how awesome her outfit is. Some witches like to lean hard on the creepy vibes, but this year, glamour is more likely to win.
