The Witchy Details
Surprisingly this costume is quite simple and straightforward. The black dress is designed with a pair of leg o’ mutton sleeves that are puffed above the elbow. The dress’s bodice features decorative lacing through metal eyelets. The included pouch is designed with a foam backing. It can be attached to the left front waistline under the peplum. The last piece of this costume is the iconic cone-shaped witch hat. With a wired brim, fix this hat however you wish!
